We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support key functions of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to foster a productive and compliant work environment.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing performance review processes and appraisal systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and support professional development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Educate employees on company policies and ensure adherence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (entry-level candidates with internships may also apply)
  • Certification in HR
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
