Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support key functions of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing performance review processes and appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and support professional development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Educate employees on company policies and ensure adherence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (entry-level candidates with internships may also apply)
- Certification in HR
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
