Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide valuable insight into various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
- Support scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
- Maintain HR records and update employee databases
- Support HR team with daily administrative tasks and special projects
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Professional attitude and teamwork
Qualifications & Experience:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Final-year students or recent graduates are preferred
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus but not required
