Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both sales tactics and marketing strategy, with the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create marketing content such as brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and industry events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
