Job Brief
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of Employee legislation.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Job Responsibilities
Handling Online hiring portals for job posting, extracting applicants data, shortlisting candidates as per required skill set from the database.
Design compensation and benefits packages
Research and recommend ideas for development of HR process.
Providing selection and rejection updates to the candidates and, solving applicant queries at times.
Basic management of company assets, stock of goodies, stationeries and other basic employees' requirements along with Happy hour events sometimes.
Solving employee queries at times and give positive response.
Job Requirements and Skill
The extended role of a Human Resource Executive can vary depending on the size of the organization and the industry.

Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of Employee legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
